What should I expect when I visit the church?
You will receive a very warm welcome as you arrive, and there'll always be a few people on hand who can answer any questions and direct you to where you need to go. The average Breakfast Church service begins at 9:00am when we tuck into a selection of cereals, pastries, toast, coffee, tea and juice; all completely free as we enjoy being community together. This is a great way to make new friends and get to know one another better.
As part of Breakfast Church we also explore, through a series of short talks, the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the Christian faith and how our faith impacts everyday life.
We also have an opportunity to worship God together. We believe it is possible to have a personal relationship with Jesus, and so we want to encounter him in the midst of our gathering. And so we do this in a number of ways including singing together, praying individually and as a whole, and giving God the opportunity to communicate with us.
The Breakfast Church Service lasts about 1 hour 30 mins so we aim to draw things to a close at about 10:30am.

What happens to the kids at church?
We have a fantastic programme for the kids at the Church:
Kids' Church (School years: Reception to year 6). Children stay with their parents at the start of the service as we enjoy breakfast together as family. Someone will then announce when the children need to go to Kids' Church (usually around 9:30am). You will need to go with your children and register them, the first time they attend.
During the school holidays and twice a term we have an All-Age Breakfast Church service where the kids stay in for the whole service (a kids' group is usually available during the Bible Seminar).
For more information about what happens in the children's work please visit the relevant age groups for you under church life.
Is there a dress code?
No! Please just be yourself and come dressed in your 'normal' clothes.
Will I have to join in?
Not at all! You are free to simply observe or participate as much as feels comfortable for you.
